What is Pet Treater?
Pet Treateris a subscription program that treats your pet every month with quality items that won't break your wallet. Our pets deserve the best that we can possibly afford. At Pet Treater, you can afford so much more because we carefully select products with the best pricing so we can make sure your box is full of the items your pet will love.
How does it work?
It's simple. Just Get Started and then provide information about the pets you would like to treat, then select your plan and continue to checkout. Our best value is for 1 year, but our most popular plan is 6 months. Once you are a subscriber, just sit back and relax and we'll make sure your box arrives to you the next month!
NOTE: If this is your first box, it will be a collection of favorites from past boxes. Please be reminded that your first box will not follow this month’s theme.
How do we ship and what to expect?
*Try It Out Boxes*: These boxes will generally ship around the 10th with our subscriber's boxes. Please note that if you order after the 6th, your box will not ship until the NEXT month’s shipping cycle. If you like a box quicker, we suggest subscribing, as new subscribers receive their Welcome Box right away.
*Subscription Boxes*: Your FIRST box will be our WELCOME BOX full of past favorites! Welcome boxes ship right away (woohoo!), and then themed boxes will begin shipping the following month. Boxes generally ship around the 10th of each month. If you ordered your first box after the 6th, please know there might be a longer wait to get your 2nd box. We do this because we didn’t want you to have to wait long for your first box. However, after that you will be back on track and receiving boxes regularly.
What types of items will be in the boxes?
Each month's box will vary with different items in all categories. For example, all dogs love treats, and wouldn't it be great to try different treats each month? We think so. So each box typically contains a yummy treat for your pup, and usually an interactive toy as well. We love gizmos and gadgets that make life with your pup easier and stress free, so sometimes we'll pack in an awesome leash, poop bags, or grooming supplies. Occasionally, we'll find incredible deals on festive attire, costumes, or really fun stuff, like treat throwers, cool beds, and so much more
Do you include "Made in China Treats"?
No, all treats are made in USA or Canada.
What if I have multiple dogs?
No problem. When you click on Get Started, you'll get a chance to provide your pets information. There is an "Add a pup" button at the bottom of that page.
Do you guys have boxes for Cats too?
Unfortunately, not at this time, we are still working on curating boxes full of Cat goodies…until we can finalize our purchasing, we will begin to offer subscriptions for Cat owners.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
Well yes, because technically you can have Pet Treater boxes sent to whomever you like. Simply sign up proving your billing information, but give their dog and shipping information. We do plan to have a prepaid gift option / voucher in the future, but for now, this is the most streamlined way to "gift" Pet Treater
How do I cancel my subscription?
That's simple. Just log into your "My account" page and you will see "Suspend" button if it's still active, and "Reactivate" if it's currently suspended. If you suspend before your next official rebill, you will receive all of the boxes you've been billed for. If you leave it on suspend, it will stay suspended until you reactivate. For example, if you paid for a 3 month subscription, and then decide to suspend your subscription 2 months in, you will still receive the 3rd box scheduled, but you will not be rebilled again
Please note, you cannot cancel your subscription until your first box has been shipped.
What if my items arrive damaged?
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your box, however, many items are available only for that specific month's box. Give us a call and we'd love a chance to find a comparable product to send your pup.
What do you do with my information?
We use only the information you provide and what we collect from your purchasing history to provide you with the most relevant products in the future.

Do you do any work with animal shelters?
We most certainly do! We have been working with our local shelters for a very long time to help with their various needs. In addition, know that for every Pet Treater box we ship, a toy, bag or treats, blanket etc is donated to a shelter in need. Want to suggest a particular shelter? We would LOVE to hear from you! REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the curated boxes each month, We are not able to cancel or refund orders that have been billed or shipped.
RETURNS: Again, unfortunately, due to the nature of the curated boxes, we do not allow returns of merchandise shipped and received. If an item arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to replace the item(s) or send a comparable item, if the damaged item is no longer available.
